I upgraded to these cork blocks after using foam ones for years, and the difference is remarkable. These blocks are excellent quality and provide great support. My only minor comment is that they're a bit heavier than I anticipated, which can be a slight challenge when quickly transitioning between poses in a flow class. That said, the stability they provide is worth the adjustment, and I've grown to appreciate the solid feel.
