The construction and materials of this yoga wheel are top-notch. It feels extremely solid and the TPE padding is the perfect balance of firm but comfortable. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there's definitely a learning curve to using it effectively. I would have appreciated more detailed instructions included with the product. That said, once I found some tutorial videos online, I've been able to incorporate it into my practice with great results. Particularly helpful for opening tight chest muscles after long days at the computer.
